Niraj Doshi is the chief executive officer and also involved in the into the Management committee of daily transitions. He took over as the position of Managing Director in 1997, turning the table of MPPL’s financial position, from a loss making company to one of the most profitable companies in India.

Mr. Doshi is philanthropist and is on the other boards including Progro Management & Mina Polypack Pvt & GAIL – the trading division of MPPL. He is a complete polymer veteran and a member of SPA, India, possessing the immense knowledge of the plastic industry.

He is responsible for the strategic direction, and is on the boards for the appointment of the senior management. Mr. Doshi guides throughout the company with his views helping the team to achieve the mission of Muscat Polymers.

Mr. Doshi possesses the Business Law degree from Gujarat University, India.

Rajiv Dosh is a voracious speaker & a chartered accountant by profession, ex–chairman of the Rajkot Tax Consultant Society, currently empanelled on several Audit & Taxation Committees, Mr. Rajiv Doshi has several accolades and honors to his credit. He is also on the board of the consulting group, Progro Management and also a team of consultants for several banks

Mr. Doshi looks after the audit, financial & taxation issues of the Company; and has played an instrumental role in the arrangement of funds for the Company including the financial, financial strategy of MPPL and a coordinator of its activities in the capital markets and directs the FOREX team.

Shrenik Doshi is a seasoned professional; started his career with the Hedge Fund Company called GR Capital based in Santa Barbara, California. He then worked as an Analyst for BlackRock, the world’s top asset management company, based in USA.

He is responsible for the international marketing initiatives & on the exports development team at MPPL. His spectacular exposure to the global polymer market has helped the company multiply its overseas sales in the last few years.

Mr. Doshi has a degree in Business Administration at Temple University, Philadelphia; and Masters In Business Management from Delaware University, USA. Being in USA for 8 years and working with multi-national companies like BlackRock and GR Capital has helped him gain a very intellectual knowledge essential for handling the business areas of Exports & managing the Quality team.

Vishal Kothari is one of the founder members of the company Muscat Polymers since its inception. He is on the board of directors since the company has started. His experience helps MPPL at all the levels in attaining the mission of MPPL, making the packaging simplified for the customers.

He is the head of the Strategy team; his team under him not only helps MPPL in enhancing the performance of its operations but also is responsible for M&A and further business developments. Mr. Kothari has a degree of MBA from London,UK acquires an enormous experience in Market development and New customers development
